Terms and Conditions for using GP Adda and buying its practice sets.

By using this website or buying a practice set, you agree to the following terms.

## Our products

GP Adda sells practice sets as PDF files. Each set contains expected (guess) practice questions prepared from previous year questions and exam-pattern analysis, with answers and short explanations.

## Use of content

Everything you buy or download from GP Adda is for your **personal, non-commercial use only**. You may not copy, resell, share publicly, upload or distribute our PDFs or any part of them, including through messaging groups, social media or file-sharing sites. We may take action against misuse.

## Paid products, prices and payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. The price you see when you pay is the price you are charged. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

## Digital delivery

All our products are digital, so nothing is shipped. After a successful payment, the PDF is available at once on the download page, and we also email it to the address you gave at checkout, with a personal download link. If you do not receive it, contact us and we will help (see our [Refund Policy](/refund-policy/)).

## Free samples

Free sample PDFs are provided so you can judge a set before buying. The same restrictions on sharing and reselling apply to them.

## Accuracy of content

We try hard to keep our questions and answers correct, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free. The sets are practice material. They are **not the official exam paper**, and we do not guarantee that any question will appear in your exam. Please check the official notification for the syllabus, pattern and dates.

## Limitation of liability

GP Adda is not responsible for exam outcomes. Our material is a preparation aid, not a guarantee of selection. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
