# Refund Policy

When GP Adda offers a refund for a purchased practice set, and how to ask for one.

Our practice sets are digital PDFs delivered instantly after payment. Because the file is made available to you straight away, we generally **do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed**. You can check the free sample before you buy.

## When we do offer a refund

- You were **charged more than once** for the same set because of a technical error.
- You were charged but **did not get access** to the PDF within 24 hours of a successful payment, and we could not fix it.
- The PDF you received is **corrupted or is not the set you bought**, and we could not replace it with a working file.

## How to request a refund

Email the support email shown on the Contact page within 7 days of the purchase with your **payment ID** and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
