# Privacy Policy

How GP Adda collects, uses and protects your information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information GP Adda ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, how we use it, and how we protect it.

## Information we collect

**Information you give us.** You do not need an account to browse the site or download a free sample. When you buy a practice set, the payment window asks for your email address (and, depending on the payment method, your name and phone number). We receive your email address and the payment confirmation so we can send your PDF and receipt.

**Payment information.** Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Razorpay collects your card, UPI or bank details directly. We do not receive or store them. We only receive confirmation that your payment was completed, with the payment ID and amount.

**Purchase receipt on your device.** After you pay, a receipt (order ID, payment ID and a signature) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site can show "Download PDF" for sets you have bought. You can clear it by clearing your browser data. If you do, use the personal link in your email to get it back.

**Transaction record.** For every successful payment we keep a record of the set bought, your email address, the amount paid, the payment ID and the time. We keep it for accounting, support and refund purposes.

**Analytics.** We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages and sets are used, for example page views and clicks on the buy or sample buttons. It does not include your name or email address. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out by blocking analytics in your browser or by using Google's opt-out add-on.

## How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

- deliver the PDF you purchased, on screen and by email,
- send your receipt and respond to support requests,
- prevent misuse, such as sharing or reselling paid PDFs, and
- understand which sets are useful, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads.

## Third-party services

We use these services to run the site. Each has its own privacy policy.

- **Razorpay** for payments.
- **Resend** to send your receipt and PDF by email.
- **Cloudflare** to host the site and store transaction records.
- **Google Analytics**, only for the analytics described above.

## Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to keep your purchase receipt, as described above.

## Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you (subject to records we must keep for accounting) by emailing us. You can also clear your browser data at any time.

## Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
