# Delivery Policy

> How and when GP Adda delivers a practice set PDF after payment, and what to do if it does not arrive.

GP Adda sells **digital PDF files only**. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

## How you receive your PDF

1. **On screen, straight after payment.** When Razorpay confirms your payment, a confirmation box opens with a **Download PDF** button. The file is also available any time from the set page in the same browser.
2. **By email.** We email a receipt with your payment ID, a personal download link and, when the file is small enough for email, the PDF itself. The email goes to the address you gave in the payment window.

Delivery is normally **instant**. If the on-screen confirmation takes a minute, please wait: your bank may still be confirming the payment.

## Downloading again, or on another device

- **Same phone or computer and browser:** open the set page and tap **Download PDF**.
- **Another device:** open the personal link in your receipt email. It works on any phone or computer.
- **Cleared your browser data?** Use the link in your receipt email to get the file back.

## If the PDF does not arrive

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from GP Adda.
2. Open the personal link in that email, or the set page in the browser you paid from.
3. Still stuck? Write to us at team@gpadda.com with your **payment ID** (it starts with `pay_`). We reply within 24 hours.
