How and when an order on GP Adda can be cancelled.

This policy explains when an order on this website can be cancelled.

## Before payment is completed

You can cancel at any point before you finish paying: close the Razorpay payment window or go back. No money is taken and nothing else needs to be done.

## After payment is completed

Our products are digital PDFs made available instantly after a successful payment, so we **cannot cancel an order once payment has gone through**.

If something went wrong with your payment, for example you were charged but did not get the PDF, or you were charged twice for the same set, it is covered under our [Refund Policy](/refund-policy/), not cancellation.
